SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc…

All orders are shipped out 24-48 hours after placing the order. In case we are on back-order of an item, it will be clearly marked in the shopping cart, the item is on back-order, so you will know it is a back-order item, before you place the order.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Once the order is placed, you will receive an email order confirmation, with your order #.

Once you order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking #.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: Each month on the day you have selected in your account settings.

You may cancel your autoship date up to five business days before the date of your autoship.

WHAT ARE RECURRING CHARGES AND HOW DO THEY WORK?

Recurring charges are automated transactions where a customer authorizes a merchant to collect payments on a regular schedule, typically monthly. This setup ensures that payments are made consistently without requiring manual intervention each time. Common examples Subscription Services: For example, if you would like a Rejuvenation Gel shipped out to you each month, you would set-up a monthly subscription. On each day, each month, your card will be charge for the product and it will be shipped out to you automatically. You many cancel at any time.

We offer worldwide shipping.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control.
